A mild winter, everything close by, and room for large vehicles
The Costa Blanca sits at 17 to 20 degrees during the day in winter, with very little rain. That is why thousands of British and Irish travellers spend October to March in this corner of Spain.
El Campello lies between Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante-Elche airport is around 25 minutes away, with direct flights to the UK and Ireland — handy when family visits or you need to go back for a few days.
And the site is built for large vehicles: liners up to 16 metres fit on a single pitch, not two.

Getting around
You can leave the motorhome parked all winter
Tram line 3 connects El Campello with central Alicante in about 25 minutes, and runs north to Benidorm and Altea. The stop is a few minutes' walk from the site.
