Site Rules
Opening hours and access
- Reception and entry: reception and vehicle access to the site are open from 09:30 to 19:30.
- Departure (check-out): the pitch must be completely vacated before 12:00. Late departures are always subject to availability, require prior authorisation from management and may carry a surcharge.
Consideration and quiet hours
- Quiet and respect: to ensure everyone’s wellbeing, quiet hours apply between 00:00 and 08:00. Sound equipment must always be kept at a moderate volume, and vehicle engines must be switched off immediately after parking.
- Children: parents or legal guardians are responsible at all times for the safety and behaviour of minors, and must ensure they do not enter other pitches or disturb other guests.
Use of pitches and facilities
- Space and vehicles: vehicles and belongings must remain strictly within the boundaries of the assigned pitch. Changing pitch without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited, as is washing any vehicle within the site.
- Cleanliness and waste: each guest is responsible for keeping their pitch clean. Rubbish bags must be properly closed and placed in the containers provided.
- Laundry and drying: the laundry is open from 08:00 to 18:00. Ropes and washing lines may not be attached to fences, trees or site furniture (we recommend using the dryer or your own portable airer).
Services, water and safety
- Waste water: grey and black water (chemical toilet) may only be emptied at the designated disposal point. Emptying any kind of liquid onto pitches, into shared drains or onto landscaped areas is strictly prohibited.
- Fire and barbecues: for safety reasons and under regional regulations, lighting fires on the ground and using wood or charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited.
- Responsible use of resources: we are in an area where water is a precious and limited resource. Please use taps, showers and water points responsibly. We also ask that you switch off air conditioning or heating when you leave your vehicle.
Pets
- Control and hygiene: pets are welcome, but must remain under their owners’ control at all times within the site. They are strictly not allowed in the toilet blocks, owners must clean up after them immediately, and their accessories may not be washed in the laundry machines.
