Looking for the right place for your holiday, or to spend a long season on the Costa Blanca? Welcome to Sunset Camper Park. We are in a strategic spot, a five-minute walk from the beach and with direct access to the TRAM, so you can get around Alicante, Benidorm and Altea without moving your vehicle.
Our big advantage is space. We have a wide range of pitches for every kind of traveller: from our XXL pitches — the gold standard for liners and large motorhomes — to the XL, Confort and Confort Plus pitches, with generous guaranteed space for a comfortable, relaxed stay.

Questions guests ask before booking
Are pets allowed at the site?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly site and your pets are very welcome. To keep the site peaceful for everyone, we only ask that they stay under their owners' control at all times — on a lead in shared areas — and that the basic house rules are respected.
Until what time can I arrive?
Access is allowed until 19:30, when our reception closes. To protect the rest of guests already settled in, no new vehicles are admitted after that time, even if the booking was made online the same day. Please plan your journey to arrive before we close.
How do I book?

Are there accessible facilities?
Yes, we have adapted facilities so that every guest is comfortable.
What can I set up on my pitch?
You can put out your awning, tables, chairs, your trailer and anything else you like, as long as everything stays within your pitch and does not spill onto the lanes or shared areas.
Can two motorhomes share one pitch?
No. Each pitch is designed for a single motorhome, so that everyone has room and comfort.
Can I park my car next to the motorhome?
Yes, you can park your car beside your motorhome or campervan, as long as both stay within your pitch and the extra vehicle supplement has been paid.
Is the site near the beach? Are there shops nearby?
Yes, we are a few minutes' walk from the beach, so you can enjoy the sea without moving your vehicle. You will also find supermarkets and restaurants a short walk away, and on Sundays there is a small local market very close by.
Are the pitches suitable for large liners?
Yes. Our XXL pitches are designed for large motorhomes and liners up to 16 metres long. And with us you only pay for one pitch — no need to rent two. We recommend booking ahead to secure one of these sought-after spaces.
Is there a waste disposal area?
Yes, we have a full service area for filling drinking water and emptying grey and black water. For guests staying with us it is free. Travellers passing through who do not stay overnight may also use it for a small fee at reception.
Can I have electricity on my pitch?
Yes, every pitch has an electrical connection, fitted with the Shelly smart meter so you can keep exact, efficient track of what you use. This service is not included in the base rate and is paid as a supplement on arrival.
How much does the electricity cost, and how much use is included?
It is 5 € a day, with 10 amps and 12 kWh included: plenty for the fridge, the lights and charging your devices. If you use more, for instance with electric heating in winter, each extra 5 kWh is 3 €. Whatever you do not use in a day does not carry over to the next.
How do I get here by public transport from Alicante or the airport?
The TRAM stop is a five-minute walk away. From there you can reach the centre of Alicante and Benidorm without taking the car. Coming from the airport, the bus drops you in Alicante and you change to the TRAM.
Are you open all year?
Yes, all 365 days. Plenty of people spend the winter here: the weather in El Campello allows it, and over 30 nights the long-stay rate applies.
How far is the beach?
550 metres, about a five-minute walk. It is Muchavista beach, sandy, with a promenade that runs into El Campello.
Can I do laundry on site?
Yes. The washing machine is 5 €, detergent and softener included, and the dryer 4 €. You do not need to bring anything.
Do you have a rate for long stays?
Yes. The nightly price drops from 4 nights, from 15 and from 31. On a Confort pitch, staying more than 30 nights works out at 13 € a night instead of 16 €.
Where can I swap a gas bottle?
Here on site. We keep propane bottles, so you do not have to go looking around El Campello.
